Why Transforming your Mindset?

We all have our own way of thinking; there are no people equal because we all experience life differently. All these experiences shape the way we see the world, think and act.

Our beliefs will be unconsciously confirmed, whether they enhance or hinder our lives, and Mindset Coaching can help guide our journey in a mindful way.

Transforming your Mindset should not be understood as moving from point A to point B, it is also about flexibility. Things are not black or white, but very colourful.

Transforming your Mindset is more about “I would like to revise the way I see things and think, because clearly I’m not at the point where I want to be. Are there other ways I have not explored yet that could get me there?”.

“All roads lead to Rome”, isn’t it? But with my Coaching Program we will focus not only in the destination, but also on the paths. Coaching is an effective tool to provide you company through the journey, supporting your mental health, while also helping you with self-development and self-improvement.

 

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership. I’m here to help you, but with a methodology behind it. It can be seen as “simple conversations”, but not because it’s simple means they are easy. 

I’m not here to please you… Don’t get me wrong, we will have enjoyable moments together and work as a team. However, I’m here to provoke your thinking and promote your self-development so you can seize opportunities to grow. I’m here to invite you to look for solutions, work on your goals and hold yourself accountable for them.

The main benefit is that you’ll discover more about yourself, become aware and develop tools to make a difference in your life. You’ll also realize you’re a complete human being, capable of anything. It’s just that sometimes we need extra help.

I am a Certified Life & Success Coach and I focus on Mindset Transformation. I got certified at the Jay Shetty Certification School and my coaching style and methodology are based on evidence, positive psychology and neuroscience; always through the lenses of Mindfulness and Compassion.

Mindset Coaching applies to every aspect of your life, so it doesn't matter your background, your goals, if you are a leader looking for career development, or an expat trying to find your way in the hosting country or if want to challenge the way that you have been thinking about how to conduct your life. Why working with me?

I have always worked for my dreams. Literally. I always made a plan, revised the steps, found or developed the tools to get there and made it happen. Sometimes I had to pivot, which also meant learning new things before reaching my destination. This required me to evaluate the way I was thinking, seeing life and the world.
